Public transport card Yes or no?

This point is important because in principle it will depend on where you stay and the airport you arrive at. Why do I tell you this?
If your flight arrives at the Arlanda Airport, public transport will undoubtedly be the cheapest option. But if you arrive at the Skavsta Airport, the best option will be the buses from the Flygbussarna company. LOW-COST activities in Stockholm

 

1) Visit The longest Art Gallery in the world

If you are staying in the center of the city, you will not need to take a public transport pass to move, although it is advisable to buy a simple ticket (valid for 75 minutes) to visit the longest Art Gallery in the world. Some of the museums with free admission to this day are: The Army Museum (Armémuseum), The Ethnography Museum (Etnografiska museet), The History Museum (Historiska Museet), The Museum of the Royal Armory, The Modern Museum (Modern Museet), The Mediterranean Museum (Medelhavsmuseet) and The Swedish Museum of Natural History (Naturhistoriska Riksmuseet).
